Full Moon in Sagittarius June 14th 2022 4:51 am PDT

Sabian Symbol for Sagittarius 24:

A BLUEBIRD, A SIGN OF GOOD LUCK AND HAPPINESS, IS STANDING AT THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE

Promise of happiness. Cottages and picket fences. Real estate – owning or renting. House maintenance. Messages of hope and happiness. Thresholds. Welcome mats. Songs of birds.

The Caution: Denying happiness or good news from entering. Feeling that the grass is always greener somewhere else. Thinking that buying things will make one's life happier.* ---Lynda Hill’s Sabian Oracle

At a Full Moon, the Sun and Moon are in opposition.

Astronomically, this means our Moon has moved to a position in its orbit so that the Earth is “in between” the Moon and the Sun.

Astrologically, Full Moon’s represent an energetic ripeness, a sense of something being released, via action, understanding and completion. The Zodiac sign the Moon falls in and the aspects made by the Sun and Moon as well as the ruler of the lunation, give a clue as to what collective themes we will experience.

Moon in Sagittarius is the urge for freedom and expansion, as well as a greater understanding of our place in a given moment in time. The polarity between Gemini and Sagittarius focuses on learning and understanding our worlds, both within and without.

Thinking now about where we are and where we want to go next, as well as creating a plan to get there, or understanding where we have been- especially mentally and how we can expand our thoughts and potentials- is prominent. There is a sense of a target, a “sight” in mind for achievement. Think big!

Our close planetary aspects include a square with Neptune and a Sextile with Saturn.

Neptune in Pisces continues to beam it’s magical- and illusory qualities in the collective consciousness. What is “real” is elusive. Don’t come to conclusions yet, though this is a time to envision and dream your ideal reality.

Saturn Retrograde in Aquarius may be asking us to go over our structures, there is something about building that requires actions and observations, like the writing and editing process. Take a breath in and out. Sense the rhythm. Saturn retrograde can indicate going back to something unresolved in our life. If it takes some months to work out, don’t worry- what you DO research to build over the summer may last for years.

Dwarf Planet Eris beams a a helpful trine aspect, sometimes a disruptive situation is exactly what we need to make some really important and serious choices. Do what you can to work on the best life for yourself, to lean into peace, harmony and joy.

Moon’s dispositor Jupiter is in Aries, a sign harmonious to this fiery Moon. Though it doesn’t make a close aspect to our lunation- its fairly close to a sextile to Pluto as well as a trine to Mars and Chiron. Perhaps this indicates that we can find a way out of the passage of darkness we have been through, through taking a more expansive or spiritual view of what we have experienced in our recent past. Acknowledging how we have been hurt, and then taking action to put structures in place to protect ourselves in a healthy and mature way is very much rewarded now, as is finding and cultivating a spiritual viewpoint.

This Moon ask us to expand our perspective, in order to find new horizons to travel and experience.

May the Bluebird of Happiness find you this Moon. Set your sights on a better world and take some steps mentally, physically and emotionally to put yourself in the position of being the change you desire.

Do what thou wilt, and harm none”

Moon Blessings,

Michelle
