A New Moon is a conception, a seeding, and an opportunity to begin again. The energetic style of each New Moon/Sun conjunction sets the tone for the 28 day cycle and offers an opportunity for contemplation. As fitting for last the degrees of Libra, the themes of relating and negotiating, especially in regard to fairness, justice, equity, tolerance and truth come up to be addressed.
