New Moon in Virgo August 22nd, 2025, 11:07 pm pdt

Virgo Season begins with a potent New Moon exemplary for discriminatory visioning and manifesting!

Sun and Moon meet at 0 Virgo, the initiatory degree, filled with the energy and enthusiasm  of beginning. In the backdrop of our solar system, we see our Saturn Neptune conjunction at 0 and 1 degree of Aries, as well as Uranus at 1 Gemini, and Pluto at 2 Aquarius,  all forming dynamic aspects to the lunation, the last New Moon before eclipse season, which ends with a 29 degree Virgo Solar eclipse on the Autumn Equinox!

This New Moon sets the tone and provides an energetic map, pointing to a direction or way forward. As Mercury is the Sun and Moon’s ruler and is currently in mutual reception with the Sun (in the sign of Sun) there is a sense of using individual will and self as the ultimate guide.
